Cooking

Also this year I have decided to have the cooking course, because I love to cook and because I love to learn a get better in cooking.

This year I have learned how to make different kinds of icing (chocolate, color, egg.white ), to make cookies with different flours and how to fry food ; I know it might sound stupid but now I can fry without burning my arms all the time.

For the resources as always I have used the "Giallo Zafferano" blog and youtube videos and this italian magazine called "Bakery"
